Our Experience

A leading FMCG manufacturer supports a culture of promotion from within and wanted to maximise the cross-organisational benefit of internal ‘masters’ who were experts in their areas. A ‘Train the Trainer’ programme was designed to envision and enable these individuals to train their own teams and teams around the globe. Action Learning Sets were initiated to support this objective in the future and a permanent online ‘marketplace’ was created in which skills and opportunities could be matched effectively at low-cost.

Further to this, an Advanced Negotiation Skills training programme was delivered, and follow-up coaching provided, for senior sales personnel across Europe. A bespoke Marketing Forum was created and hosted to support graduate marketing managers with the knowledge and skills for effective brand development and cross-channel marketing, and deliver against sales targets.
